止血保胎饮治疗早期先兆流产患者126例临床观察

目的:从早期先兆流产的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、促黄体激素(LH)动态变化观察中药止血保胎饮的保胎效果.方法:对已出现阴道流血的243例早期先兆流产患者进行HCG、LH动态监测,并随机分为治疗组(126例)和对照组(117例),分别给予中药止血保胎饮和黄体酮保胎,对两组疗效进行比较.结果:治疗组治愈97例,保胎率76.98%;对照组治愈51例,保胎率43.59%,治疗组保胎成功率明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).初查HCG、LH低于同期妊娠正常值者经治疗后,治疗组52例流产24例,流产率46.15%;对照组49例流产45例,流产率91.84%.治疗组流产率明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:在提高内分泌激素水平、缓解症状、增强体质、改善盆腔环境、促进宫体和胚胎的供血供氧及保胎方面,中药明显优于黄体酮;HCG、LH动态监测为诊断内分泌因素流产、保胎治疗及判断是否终止妊娠提供了依据和新思路.

Clinical Observation on 126 Cases of Early Threatened Abortion Treated by Zhixue Baotai Yin

Objective:To observe effect of Zhixue Baotai Yin in maintaining pregnancy in early threatened abortion.Methods:HCG and LH were monitored dynamically in 243 cases of early threatened abortion with colporrhagia.They were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=126)and a control group(n=117),and were respectively treated with Zhixue Baotai Yin and progesterone. Their therapeutic effects were compared.Results:97 cases were cured in the treatment group with the fetus-protective rate of 76.98%,and 51 cases in the control group with the fetus protective rate of 43.59%,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Of 52 cases with HCG and LH lower than normal value at same pregnancy stage in the treatment group,24 cases aborted,the abortion rate being 46.15% and of 49 cases in control group,45 cases aborted,the abortion rate being 91.84%. The abortion rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhixue Baotai Yin in increasing hormone level,alleviating symptoms,strengthening constitution,protecting fetus and others is superior to progesterone;and dynamic monitor of HCG and LH can provide a basis for diagnosis of abortion due to hormone factors,treatment of protecting fetus and judgment of stopping pregnancy.
