| Abstract: | Based on the logical model of principle of sexual behavior embodied by basic thinking of sexological research,a series of future subjects for sexual legal studies can be predicted and explored,such as the social application of modern re-productive science and technology,legislation of sexual rights,sex education and sex therapy,law of marriage and family,non-marital sexual behaviors (including premarital and extramarital sexual behaviors,prostitution and whoring),sexuality ofjuveniles and special populations,social conditions of masturbation,homosexuality,development,production and marketing ofsexual articles,defining and appraisal of "obscene books,periodicals,articles,and audio-video products",sexual harass-ment,and adjustment of sexual criminal law. |
