MMP—9与膀胱移行细胞癌浸润转移的关系

目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶－9（MMP－9）的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌浸润、转移和预后的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测61例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及23例癌旁组织基质金属蛋白酶－9的表达。结果：膀胱移行细胞癌MMP－9表达与侵袭程度成正相关（P＜0.01），预后不良组膀胱移行细胞癌MMP－9表达显著高于预后良好组（P＜0.01）。结论：MMP－9的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的侵袭、转移和预后有关，是膀胱移行细胞癌侵袭、转移较好的分子标志，可用于膀胱移行细胞癌的预后判断。

Overexpression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) expression and the invasion,metastasis and prognosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 in 61 samples of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 23 samples nearby those cancers.Results:There was a positive correlation between MMP-9 expression level and the invasion depth in bladder transitional cell carcinoma ( P <0.01).The MMP-9 expression levels in unfavourable prognosis group were much higher than those in favourable prognosis group( P <0.01).Conclusion:MMP-9 expression might have relation to the invasion,metastasis and prognosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.It might be regarded ak a better molecular marker to assess the invasion and metastasis and to predict the prognosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
