| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方盐酸特比萘芬搽剂的稳定性.方法:通过光照试验、加速试验、室温留样试验,以主药含量、溶液外观性状为指标,考察制剂的稳定性.结果:两种主药的含量在加速试验及室温留样试验中变化很小;在光照试验中水杨酸含量稍有下降,但含量均在标示量的90%以上,均在含量限度范围内;外观性状未见变化.结论:复方盐酸特比萘芬搽剂在无强光直射下稳定性好.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the stability of compound terbinafini hydrochloridum limiment.Methods:Using drug contents of two main ingredients,appearance and character as the quality indexes,the stability of compound terbinafini hydrochloridum liniment were investigated by accelerated experiment and room temperature experiment and light influencing- factor test.Results:The results showed that the two main drug contents changed very small except the salicylic acid contents decresed a little in the light influencing- factor test,but the contents of the main drugs were all in the requiral range,more than 90% .The appearance and character did not change.Conclusion:The stability of compound terbinafini hydrochloridum liniment is good without the directly shining of large quantity light. |
