| 摘 要： | 目的:研究活血溶栓汤预防人工髋关节置换术后DVT的临床疗效。方法:将142例符合标准的人工髋关节置换的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者术后口服活血溶栓汤,对照组患者皮下注射低分子肝素钙,比较两组患者术后DVT发生率及观察两组药物对凝血功能的影响。结果:治疗组和对照组发生DVT的患者分别为8例(10.81%)和7例(10.29%),其差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。术后伤口引流量对照组大于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。两组治疗前后,血小板计数、APTT及PT均无明显改变(P0.05)。结论:活血溶栓汤预防人工髋关节置换术后DVT的疗效可靠安全,且价廉,简便易行。
