| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血清催乳素(PRL)水平的变化对口腔鳞癌患者预后的影响。方法 采用放射免疫分析(RIA)检测68例口腔鳞癌患者手术前后血清PRL水平的改变。结果 26例口腔鳞癌患者术前血清PRL水平升高(P<0.01);30例术后血清PRL值>17.1μg/L的患者中有28例术后发生复发或转移(P<0.01)。结论 血清PRL升高提示可能与口腔鳞癌的发生发展有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of changes of serum prolactin(PRL) levels on prognosis of oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The changes of serum PRL levels in oral cavity squamours cell carcinoma patients before and after operation were detected by RIA.Results The serum PRL levels were higher in 26 patients with oral cavity squamours cell carcinoma than in the controls(P<0.01); postoperative recurrence or metastasis occurred in 28 patients out of 30 patients of postoperative serum PRL levels above 17.1 μg/L(P<0.01) .Conclusion The above study indicated that the hyperprolactinemia might be related to the development of oral cavity squamours cell carcinoma. |
