运动神经元病的微量元素及免疫学研究

本文报道111例运动神经元病分组(不同性别、年龄、类型)测定血清和头发中Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg四种微量元素含量及几项血清免疫指标。结果发现患者血清和头发中Cu、Zn含是均显著高于正常,Cu/zn比值亦增高。Ey混合玫瑰花结Tc、Bc、Dc及PHA淋转均显著降低,Nc及IgG则显著增高。提示本病患者既有血消和头发的微量元素的改变,又有细胞和体液的免疫障碍,其与本病病因及发病机理的意义,尚难推断。

STUDIES ON THE TRACE ELEMENTS AND IMMUNOLOGY OF MOTOR NEURON DISEASE

In this paper, we present determined concentrations of four trace elements, namely, copper, zinc, manganese, and magnesium in the serum and the hair, and several immunological parameters in the serum in 111 cases of motor neuron disease Among them 84 cases were males and 27 females. Age of onset ranged from 12 to 72 years. Duration of disease varied from 0.25 to 25 years. According to the clinical manifestations, there were 64 cases of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, 39 cases of progressive muscular atrophy and 8 cases of primary lateral sclerosis. The results showed the levels of Cu and Zn in the patient's serum and 1 air were remarkably elevated as compared with the normal controls (P<0. 01. )The ratio of Cu/Zn was also increased. In the serum, the values of T, B, D cells of the rosette formation and phytohemagglutinin lymphocyte transformation were significantly reduced (P< 0.01), while the N cells and IgG were distinctly elevated (P<0.01). The present data suggest that patients have both the changes of trace elements and the immunological disturbances at the humoral and cellular levels. The significance of these findings remains to be explored.
