| 摘 要： | 探讨可溶性Fas(sFas)及其配体(sFasL)在肾综合征出血热(HFRS)中的作用。方法
采用夹心ELISA法对60例HFRS患者(HFRS组)血清中sFas及sFasL浓度进行了检测，并与正常对照组
比较。结果HFRS组sFas及sFasL浓度明显高于对照组，两组差异有极显著性(P<0.01)；sFas在少尿期最高，与其他各期比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)；sFasL在发热期及低血压休克期最高，与其他各期比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论sFas及sFasL参与了HFRS的致病过程，sFas浓度可能与机体损伤程度有关，sFasL则可能与机体消除病毒的能力有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the actions of sFas and sFasL on course of Hemerrhage Fever with Renal Syndrome(HFRS).Methods:Serum sFas and sFasL were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 60 patients with HFRS(HFRS group) and 15 normal controls(control group).Results:Serum sFas and sFasL in HFRS group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01);sFas concentration in oliguria stage was the highest among 5 stages,significantly higher than that of other stages(P<0.01);sFasL concentratio in fever stage and shock stage was significantly higher than that in other stages(P<0.01).Conclusion:sFas and sFasL take part in the process of HFRS,and the higher the sFas concentration,the heavier of the body injury.While sFasL concentration is related to the ability of the body to eliminate virus. |
