| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)致胆管损伤的特点及处理方法。方法:回顾总结我院224例LC的临床资料,分析2例胆管横断损伤的原因及对策。结果:经治疗2例均顺利恢复,随访一年,无胆管狭管。结论:患者年龄大、病程长、存在类M irizzi综合征及“假Calot三角”的患者,是LC胆管损伤的高危因素。术中发现立即修复,效果比较理想。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore characteristics and management of bile duct injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Clinical data of two cases of bile duct iujury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:2 cases recovered well and no biliary stricture occurred during the follow-up one year.Conclusions:Old patients,long course of disease,Mirizzi-like syndrone,and "Sham Calot triangle" are the dangerous factors of bile duct injury in LC.The immediate reparation once the bile duct injury occuring is the ideal treatment. |
