| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃癌中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF)表达和微血管密度（MVD）变化的临床意义。方法：应用免疫组化和形态计量检测68例胃癌和20例正常组织bFGF表达和MVD，结果：FGF的阳性率在胃癌与正常胃组织中分别为58．8％和70％（P＞0．05），强阳性率分别为32．4％和0％（P＜0．01）；bFGF表达与胃癌分化程度有关；MVD值增高与bFGF表达一致，且均与淋巴结转移有关，讨论,BFGF和MVD可作为胃癌诊断和预后判断的一个指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and variance of microvascular density (MVD) in gastric cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry and morphometry were used to detect the expression of bFGF and MVD in 68 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of normal gastric tissues.Results There was no significant difference of the bFGF positive rate between gastric cancer (58 8%) and normal gastric tissues (70%), P >0 05,but the significant difference was seen on the intensive positive rate between the two groups (32 4% vs.0%), P <0 01.The expression of bFGF was closely related to the degree of gastric cancer differentiation and coordinated with MVD,both two were closely related to lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The bFGF and MVD may be useful in diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer. |
