新形势下医学成人高等教育面临的机遇与挑战

成人高等教育正逐渐为国际社会所重视，社会经济发展和人们健康需求的改善给成人高等教育提出新的要求，世界贸易总协定鼓励各成员国参与教育服务竞争，向我国的医学成人高等教育提出新的挑战。我国成人教育应借鉴国外先进经验，政府要积极倡导学习型组织和学习型社会，引入市场机制，增强经营理念和服务意识，以产养校，以校促产，深化医学成人高等教育改革。

Adult Medical Higher Education Facing Chances and Challenges under New Situation

Adult higher education has been thought more important by international society. The economic development of the society and the improvement on people's health have given a new task to adult higher education. The World Trade General Agreement encourages every member to take an active part in the competition in educational service and puts forward a new challenge to the adult medical higher education of China. The author points out:to deepen the reform of adult medical higher education,the government of China should put forward to establish study-type organization and study-type society,introduce market mechanism,strengthen managing concept and service thought,etc.
