慢性疼痛病人血浆亮-脑啡肽及血浆皮质醇含量与中医虚证辨证

对48倒肩周炎及慢性腰腿痛病人进行中医虚证辨证分组,同时用放射免疫法测定其血浆亮-脑啡肽(LEK)与血浆皮质醇含量,观察针刺前后其含量的变化;用划表法评定针刺临床疗效,并分析上述指标与虚证类型的关系。结果表明阳虚组血浆LEK和血浆皮质醇含量均明显低于非阳虚组;阳虚组针刺后血浆LEK含量明显升高,非阳虚组反而降低,而血浆皮质醇含量在针刺前后均无明显变化;阳虚组针刺的临床疗效优于非阳虚组。

PLASMA LEVELS OF LEU-ENKEPHALIN AND CORTISOL IN CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS WITH RESPECT TO DEFICIENCY ZHENG DIFFERENTIATION OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

Using radtoimmumoassay, plasma levels of Leu-enkephalin (LEK) and cortisol were measured before and after acupuncture in 48 patients with graining from chronic periarthritis humeroacapularis and bumbodynia.Defioiency Zheng defferentiation types of traditional Chinese modicine and changes of plasma levels of LEK and cortisol. The efficacy of acupuncture therapy was evaluated by the visual analogue scale.Results revealed: 1. In the Yan-deftoiency group plasaaa levels of LEK was lower than in the Non-Yan-defloieroy group, p<0.06. 2, In the, Yang-deficiency group plasma level of cortisol was lower than ,that in the Non-Yang-dificiency, p<0.01. 3.The mean value of plasn a LEK contents was increased after acupuncture in the Yang-deficiency group (p<0.05) and was deoreased in the Non-Yang-deficiency group (p<0.05). 4. No s'ga fioant changes of plasma cortisol were found after acupuncttlre in elther groups. 5. Acupuncture produced better therapeutic efifeots in the Yang-deficiency group; than it did in the Non-Yang-deficiency group(p<0.01).
