| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨消化系统恶性肿瘤患者放、化疗手术前后血浆D-二聚体变化的临床意义.[方法]采用香港VNIONHONEST酶联免疫吸附(定量)测试盒,测定103例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者放、化疗、手术前后血浆D-二聚体浓度.[结果]消化系统恶性肿瘤转移组与非转移组血浆D-二聚体含量经t检验有统计学差异.手术、化疗后D-二聚体值经配对t检验显示,与手术、化疗前的差别具有统计学意义(P＜0.001).不同病理学组织分化程度对消化系统恶性肿瘤血浆D-二聚体水平的影响无统计学意义(P＞0.05).[结论]消化系统恶性肿瘤患者血浆D-二聚体检测对预测肿瘤临床分期、转移、放疗及预后有一定帮助.
