尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死炎性反应物及血管内皮的影响

目的探讨尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对CRP及血管内皮功能的影响。方法对86例急性脑梗死患者随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各43例,两组均给予抗血小板药物或抗凝药物并进行病因治疗及神经康复治疗,同时,治疗组加用尤瑞克林注射液。2周后对两组患者进行神经功能缺损评定,同时测定CRP水平和血管内皮功能。结果结果治疗组有效率为90.7%,对照组为79.1%,治疗组治疗前后C-反应蛋白（CRP）、以及反应性充血水平比较均有显著统计学差异（P〈0.01）。结论尤瑞克林却能够明显减轻炎症反应并改善血管内皮舒张功能,提高脑梗塞的治疗效果。

The influence of Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection on inflammatory reactants and endothelial function of cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the influence of it on the C-reactive protein（CRP） and endothelial function.Methods 86 patients with acute cerebral ischemia were randomly divided into two groups：the test group（43 cases） and the control group（43 cases）.All patients were given antiplatelet drugs and/or anticoagulant therapies,Neurological rehabilitation therapy and etiological treatment,In addition the test group was given Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection.Neurologic deficits、c-reactive protein （CRP） level and endothelial function in both groups were evaluated 2 weeks after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treament,the total efficiency was 90.7% in the test group,and 79.1% in the control group.There were significant differences in the total efficacy,c-reactive protein （CRP） level and endothelial function after the treatment with Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection （P〈0.01）.
