摘    要:本文应用聚丙烯酰胺凝液盘电泳对肝片形吸虫和华枝睾吸虫成虫的苹果酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、酯酶和过氧化物酶进行了分离和研究。两种吸虫4种酶的同工酶电泳型在区带数和/或迁移率、活性上均不相同,显示两个虫种之间有明显差异。但两种吸虫的苹果酸脱氢酶和酯酶存在着位置相同的同工酶带,说明两种吸虫在遗传上有一定的联系。本研究显示两种吸虫同工酶型的差异为从分子水平上区分和鉴定它们提供了证据。

Abstract:The isoenzymes of malic dehydrogenase (MDH), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), esterase (EST), and peroxidase(PO)of Fasciola hepatica and Clonorchis sinensis adults were separated and studied by disc electrophoresis. Marked differences were shown in isoenzyme patterns (number of bands and/or Rf. and activity) of these four enzymes between the two species. However, similar positions of isoenzyme bands were in MDH and EST patterns of the two species denoting a certain genenic relationship in them. The differences of isoenzyme patterns shown in this study provided evidence for the identification and differentiation of these two trematode species at molecular level.
