| 摘 要： | 为治疗因腰骶段脊髓损伤所致的神经原性膀胱尿失禁,作者采用一种外科新方法,将腹直肌外侧部分移植到膀胱前壁和顶部,以增加神经血管供应。上述方法用于治疗1例病人,术后4周,病人能控制排尿,残余尿量由190ml 减至43ml。

| Abstract: | In this report the authors suggest a new method for the surgical mana- gement of the paralytic form of neurogenic bladder developing in traumatic injure of the lumbar-sacral segments of the spinal cord. The lateral parts of rectus abdominis muscles were grafted to the anter- ial and parietal parts of bladder for increasing vessels supplying and neurus. This method was used in treating 1 patient.Four weeks after operation the patient can control micturition.The volume of residial urine decreased from 190cc before operation to 43cc after operation. |
