| 摘 要： | 应用细针穿刺抽吸的方法，对100例无精子症患者的108个睾丸进行细胞学观察，其中99个睾丸针吸检查成功，另5例9个睾丸针吸失败，根据涂片中各阶段生精细胞，支持细胞，睾丸间质细胞，纤维细胞的有无及出现的多少，本组95例无精子症患者，生精细胞成熟障碍及数量减少者33例，支持细胞综合征者27例，间质细胞增生者12例，慢性炎症性改变者8例，精子形成基本正常者15例，实验证明，睾康针吸细胞学检查是无精子症患者明确症因，指导治疗的简单有效的方法。

| Abstract: | The author applied the method of needle aspiration of testis; observed the smears of 95 cases of azoospermia; found only 15 cases with normal spermatogenesis, and the other 80 cases had more or less dyszoospermia: including 33 cases with cacospermia or spermatacrasia, 27 cases with Sertoli's cell syndrome, 12 cases with Leydin cell hyperplasia,8 cases with chronic imflammation. This article reported that needle aspiration was an effective examination to clear the cause, imstruct patient's treatment in azoospermia. |
