慢性自发性荨麻疹患者血清中IL-31水平与瘙痒程度的相关性

目的:明确慢性自发性荨麻疹患者血清中IL-31水平与瘙痒程度的相关性。方法:采用ELISA法检测61例慢性自发性荨麻疹患者和59名健康体检者血清IL-31的含量,视觉模拟量表评价患者瘙痒程度。结果:荨麻疹患者血清IL-31水平为28.63±15.38 pg/mL高于对照组的1.74±0.30pg/mL,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P0.001)。慢性自发性荨麻疹患者轻度、中度及重度瘙痒组IL-31水平分别为17.82±14.77 pg/mL,34.28±10.39 pg/mL和37.68±15.18 pg/mL,各组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:慢性自发性荨麻疹患者瘙痒程度可能与血清IL-31的表达升高有关。

The correlation between the IL-31 level in serum and pruritus severity in the patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria

Objective:To determine the correlation between serum IL-31 levels and itching severity in the patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria. Methods:The level of IL-31 in 61 patients with chronic sponta-neous urticaria and 59 healthy controls was detected by ELISA. The itching severity was assessed by visual an-alogue scale. Results:The average serum level of IL-31 in the patients was 28.63±15.38 pg/mL, which was higher than those in the healthy controls (1.74±0.30 pg/mL), with a significant difference (P<0.001). The average serum levels of IL-31 in the patients with mild, moderate and sever itching were 7.82±14.77 pg/mL, 34.28±10.39 pg/mL and 37.68±15.18 pg/mL respectively. The differences among the groups were significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The itching severity in the patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria may be associ-ated with the increasing level of IL-31.
