| 摘 要： | 目的:观察腹型过敏性紫癜的消化道表现。方法:对52例腹型过敏性紫癜患者进行了胃镜和肠镜检查。结果:消化内镜下表现为消化道黏膜不同程度的点片状充血、水肿、糜烂、出血点、片状溃疡。好发部位为十二指肠降部、胃窦、十二指肠球部。结论:消化内镜检查对腹型过敏性紫癜的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the endoscopical features of patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura ( HSP ) . Methods:Fifty-two patients with abdominal type of Henoch-Schonlein purpura were examined with endoscopy. Results:Varying degrees of point/sheet congestion, edema, erosion, bleeding and even sheet ul￣cer of gastrointestinal mucosa were observed under endoscopy. The sites of lesions including descending duode￣num, gastric and duodenal bulb. Conclusion:Endoscopy examination in, purpura is necessary for the correct and differential diagnosis of abdominal type Henoch-Schonlein purpura. |
