精神分裂症患者攻击行为与心理防御机制关系探讨

目的探讨精神分裂患者攻击行为与心理防御机制的关系。方法．采用M·Bond编制的防御方式问卷（DSQ）对住院精神分裂症患者68例，分为攻击组（n=32）和非攻击组（n=36）在入院时和住院3个月后进行测评。结果在发病期，有攻击行为患者DSQ不成熟因子分明显高于无攻击行为患者（P〈0．05），两组患者在DSQ中间型和成熟因子分之间无显著性差异。经过治疗后，两组病人的DSQ成熟型因子分明显增高（P〈0．01）。有攻击行为组患者DSQ不成熟因子分明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论精神分裂症患者其攻击行为与不成熟心理防御机制有关。

The discussion about the relationship between schizophrenic＇ s offensive action and mental defensive mechanism

Objective to discuss the relationship between schizophrenic＇ s offensive action and mental defensive mechanism. Method：68 schizophrenics was divided into two groups called separately the offensive group（n=32）and the inoffensive group （n=36）. When entering hospital and after 3 months＇ treatment in hospital ,all the sick were checked and assessed in the style of Defense Style Questionnaire by M. Bond. Result： During the period of occurrence, immature factors in defensive Sufferers are obviously more than those in inoffensive Sufferers（P〈0.05）,While there is no notable distinction in DSQ central model and mature factors between the two sufferers. After being treated, the amount of DSQ factors of all sufferers increased evidently（P 〈 0.01） ,meanwhile, the amount of the DSQ immature factors of sufferers in the offensive group decreased obviously too （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Schizophrenic＇ s offensive avtions have a relationship with their immature mental defensive mechanism.
