| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脾外伤的手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月-2007年12月收治的65例脾破裂手术治疗资料。结果65例脾破裂手术中，治愈62例，治愈率为95．38％。死亡3例，死亡率4．62％。结论对脾破裂要做到早确诊、早手术，治疗手术原则是第一保命，第二保脾。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussion spleen flesh wound surgery method of treatment.Methods The review analyzes 65 example spleen breakage surgery which my courtyard in January, 2003 - December, 2007 admitted to treat the material. Analysis in 65 example spleen breakage surgery, cures 62 examples, the cure rate is 95.38%. Dies 3 examples, the mortality rate 4. 62%.Conclusion Bursts to the spleen must achieve diagnoses, the early surgery, the treatment surgery principle is early first maintains life, second guarantees the spleen. |
