| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮双髂内动脉栓塞术在产后大出血治疗中的意义。方法对12例产后大出血经保守治疗无效者行经皮双髂内动脉栓塞术。结果均于栓塞术后阴道出血立即停止或明显减少。结论经皮双髂内动脉栓塞术是目前治疗难治性产后出血的一种好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the sense of transcatheter iliac artery embolization in treating severe postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Twelve cases of intractable postpartum hemorrhage were performed transcatheter iliac artery embolization.Results Vaginal bleeding was controlled or significant reduce after embolization.Conclusions It was a better method to treat the postpartum hemorrhage. |
