| 摘 要： | 目的：建立银柴胡的HPLC指纹图谱鉴定方法。方法：用RP—HPLC(DAD)法，梯度洗脱．测定银柴胡的指纹图谱．并作相似度比较分析。结果：初步建立了银柴胡的指纹图谱。结论：HPLC指纹图谱法重现性好，可作为银柴胡的一项质控指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish HPLC fingerpr int for the identification of Radix Stellariae.Methods:Chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Stellariae was determined by RP-HPLC(DAD)and the Qradient elution mode applied in chro matographic separation, data were analysed by Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software to compare the similarity of samples.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Radix Stellariae was e stablished preliminarily.Conclusion:HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable and can b e used in quality assessment of Radix Stellariae. |
