| 摘 要： | 目的：比较研究sD球帽式附着体义齿和传统可摘局部义齿不同时期的咀嚼效率。方法：选择60例肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损患者，分别进行SD球帽式附着体义齿（30例）和传统可摘局部义齿（30例）修复，于修复前，修复后半年、1年、2年、4年测定其咀嚼效率，并作统计学分析。结果：在修复的各个时期，两种义齿的咀嚼效率两两比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在肯氏I类牙列缺损修复的各个时期，SD球帽式附着体义齿的咀嚼效率高于传统可摘局部义齿。
