| Abstract: | abstract：Objective：To study the clinical application of mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate was used to be midtrimester pregnancy about 16-20w.Methods ：Restropectively review the pregnant women who requested to be midtrimester pregnancy about 16-24W was divided into 2 groups at random ： observe group ：146 eases, control group：110cases.Observe group：100mg cthaeridine lactate was injected the amniofie through the abdomen when oraling 75mg mifeprestone and tautologically oraling 75mg mifepristone distance 24h.Control group：ll0easee who were the same applieation and the same drug of ethacridine lactate comparative with the control group and did not add to the mifeprestone |
