| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选择2型糖尿病患者130例,随机均分为对照组和治疗组各65例,对照组口服格列齐特缓释片(80 mg,每日2次)、阿卡波糖片(100 mg,每日3次)。治疗组在对照组基础上加服复方丹参滴丸(10丸,每日3次),疗程10周。结果对照组总有效率为60.00%,治疗组总有效率为81.54%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(χ2=5.46,P<0.05);两组治疗10周后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯均显著下降,且治疗组改善更明显。结论复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗2型糖尿病疗效较好,值得临床推广。
