| 摘 要： | 目的通过有针对性的护理措施,改善职业病患者的心理状态。方法通过对住院的312例职业病患者心理特点进行调查分析,根据特殊的心理特征采取对应的护理措施并观察其干预前后的效果。结果通过有效的护理措施干预,患者的主要心理特征悲观失望、焦虑、怨恨不满等情绪检出率明显降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对职业病患者不仅要从疾病上给予治疗和护理,更要针对其特殊的心理特征采取不同的护理措施,帮助职业病患者的身心康复。
