| 摘 要： | 大环内酯类抗生素因疗效好、安全性高,是临床应用广泛的一类抗菌药物,用于感染性疾病治疗已有50多年的历史.随着耐药菌的日趋常见,医药研究人员加快了对各类新抗微生物药物的研发.其中,通过对大环内酯类抗生素的结构修饰,获得了第三代大环内酯类抗生素--酮内酯类抗生素,已上市的泰利霉素和正在研发的赛红霉素等均显示出良好的应用前景...
