血塞通治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效观察

目的：观察前列地尔与血塞通治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效及不良反应。方法：选取我院住院的老年2型糖尿病患者46例，随机分为2组，治疗组予常规治疗措施并加用血塞通静脉注射治疗，对照组予常规治疗措施并加用前列地尔注射液。观察治疗前后临床疗效、踝肱指数（ABI）、不良反应。结果：两组治疗后临床表现有改善，踝肱指数较治疗前均有改善（P＜0．01），与对照纽相比，治疗纽不良反应较少且踝肱指数（ABI）改善具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：血塞通是治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的安全有效的药物。

Efficacy of Xue Shuan Tong in the Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Arterial Disease in type 2 diabetes in elder people

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Xue Shuan Tong and Lipo-PGE1 in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease in type 2 diabetes in elder people. Methods：46 cases of type 2 diabetic patients in elder people with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease were recruited in our study, and were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Xue Shuan Tong injection.The control group was treated with lipo-PGE1 injection for 2 weeks. The changes of clinical performances before and after the treatment,the an- kle-brachial index （ABI） and the adverse reactions were observed.Results：The clinical performances and ABI of the two groups were improved after treatment （P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group, the treatment group had less adverse reactions and ABI in the treatment group improved better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xue Shuan Tong is a safe and effective medication in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease in type 2 diabetes in elder people.
