Abstract:	Purpose Irinotecan and thalidomide are commonly administered antineoplastic drugs. Combination treatment may potentiate their antitumor effect and protect against irinotecan’s intestinal toxicity. We investigated whether thalidomide can modulate the pharmacokinetics of irinotecan and metabolites.
