| 摘 要： | 腰脊神经根阻滞疗法主要应用于椎间盘突出症等原因所致神经根压迫、椎管狭窄性疼痛病例,在C型臂X线引导下准确地把药液注入神经鞘内达到阻断疼痛恶性循环、抗炎症的目的,获得长期治痛效果。本文详述解剖结构、适应证、操作技术、并发症、作用机制等临床应用研究进展。

| Abstract: | Lumbar nerve root block therapy is mainly used in pain cases caused by the disc hernia- tion or lumbar spinal canal stenosis.Under C-arm X-ray,the drugs are correctly injected into nerve root and block the vicious circle of pain,lead to anti-inflammation effect,finally the long time of pain relief is achieved.This paper expounds the progress of clinically applied study for anatomy,indications,operate tech- nique,complications and its mechanism. |
