桃花葚精汤治疗少精症的临床研究

目的：观察桃花葚精汤治疗少精症的临床疗效、作用机理及安全性。方法：将154例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组79例,采用桃花甚精汤治疗;对照组75例,给与枸橼酸克罗米酚口服。疗程6个月,分别于治疗前后观察两组病人的精子密度以及血清性激素黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）的改变情况。结果：1.治疗组与对照组都能显著提高血清性激素水平,都统计学意义（P〈0.01）,但两组之间比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）;2.两组都可显著提高精子密度（P〈0.01）,且治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;3.治疗组的总显效率为53.16%（42/79）,总有效率为84.81%（67/79）,与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：1.桃花葚精汤治疗少精症不育疗效明显;2.其作用机理为：促进下丘脑-垂体-睾丸性腺轴的激素分泌水平,从而改善睾丸生精功能,提高精子密度。

Clinical Research of Treating Oligospermia Sterility with Taohua Shenjing Herbal Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Taohuashen Jing concoction on the sterility of oligospermia.Methods:We choose 156 patients all with oligospermia sterility and randomly divide them into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.One includes 80 patients,the other includes 76 patients.The treatment group is treated with Taohuashenjing decoction,the control group is treated with clomiphene citrate.After 6 months,we estimate the clinical curative effect of Taohuashen Jing concoction on the sterility of oligospermia by observing the influence of semen density and serum hormone such as follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T).Results:1.Both treatment group and control group can improve serum hormone FSH,LH,T levels notably(P<0.01).But ther were not remarkable difference between them(P>0.05);2.The treatment group and control group both improve semen density(P<0.01).But treatment group was better than that of control group,There were remarkable difference between them(P<0.05).3.Effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Taohuashenjing concoction possesses marked clinical effects on the oligospermia sterility.2.the mechanism of treating oligospermia sterility is improving HPT to secrete gonad hormone,accordingly improving testicle to produce sperm.
