| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨微创与常规手术病人围手术期舌象变化及其意义。方法：观察和比较腹腔镜（LC）与开腹胆囊切除术（OC）围手术期舌象的变化。结果：两组病人术后舌象较术前有不同程度的改变，OC组术后舌象中表现为气阴两亏、脾虚湿困之候者较LC组显著性增多（P＜0．05）。LC组术后第1、3d的体温、血WBC、血CRP、血K^ 的变化明显小于OC组。结论：证实了LC对机体的创伤程度和影响小于OC。

| Abstract: | To investigate the significance of the difference of perioperative tongue demonstrations between mini traumatic and conventional cholecystectomy Methods:To compare the tongue appearance of patients treated with laparoscopic(LC)and open cholecystectomy(OC)perioperatively.Results:The tongue demonstration in both groups changed markedly after operations.The proportion of the tongue demonstration which indicates deficiency of both Qi and Yin splenasthenic hygrosis in OC group was significantly higher than that in LC group.Conclusion:The traditional inspection of the tongue reveals that the traumatic extent and the insult effect caused by LC are much less than that by OC. |
