高效液相色谱法同时测定美容霜中3种有效成分

目的：测定美容霜中替硝唑、西咪替丁、氯霉素三者的含量。方法：高效液相色谱法，以苯巴比妥为内标，Nova-pakC18柱，甲醇-水-冰乙酸-二正丁胺为流动相；检测波长205nm。结果：一次进样可完成3种化学性质不同组分的含量测定，替硝唑1.575-25.0ug.ml^-1，西咪替丁3.15-50.0ug.ml^-1，氯霉素0.945-15.0ug.ml^-1浓度范围内，每个组分与内标峰面积的比与其浓度呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率分别为100.9%（RSD1.2%);98.0%(RSD0.7%),91.0%(RSD0.8%)。结论：方法简便、快速、准确，可作为日常质控手段。

Simultaneous determinationof three effective constituents in Meirong Shuang by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To separate and determine three constituents includingtinidazole, cimetidine and chloramphenicol in Meirong Shuang. METHODS An HPLC was used. Phenpbabital was used as internal standard.Chromatographic conditions included Nova-pak-C18 column and the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-dibutylamine(30∶70∶0.1∶0.0011);detector,UV205 nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 1.575～25.0 μg·ml-1for tinidazole;3.15～50.0 μg·ml-1 for cimetidin and 0.945～15 μg·ml-1 for chloramphencol.The average recoveries were 100.95%(RSD=1.2%); 98.0%(RSD=0.7%)；10.0%(RSD=0.8%) respectively. CONCLUSIONS This method was found to be simple,and accurate for simultaneous determination of the three constituents in Meirong Shuang.
