金黄地鼠舌癌微血管构筑的实验研究

摘    要:目的:动态研究金黄地鼠舌癌微血管的空间构筑特点。方法:采用树脂血管腐蚀铸形扫描电镜观察的方法。结果:舌癌血管生成始于上皮单纯增生期。早期增生上皮的血供存在两种形式,原有组织微血管扩张、增粗,以及新血管形成。随着肿瘤细胞增殖、浸润,血管增生加剧,原有组织内毛细血管网、微动静脉及小动静脉发生变化与改建,失去原有组织内的微血管构筑特征,形成肿瘤独特的微血管系统。血管畸形明显,出现多数无功能血管,空间构筑混乱。结论:舌癌微血管构筑和正常组织相比有本质差异。

Abstract:bjective:To study the microvascular architecture in the development of lingual carcinoma in hamster. Method:Vascular corrosion casts from the samples in different stages of experimental lingual carcinoma were observed with scanning electron microscope.Results:Elongation and dilation of the existing host microvessels were found in the early stage of carcinogenesis;proliferation of new vessels with abnormal morphological characteristics was found in the proliferation and invading stage of tumor cells.Increased number of capillary,microartery and microvenecus with dilated and turtous morphology was found in the developed stage of the tumor.Conclusion:The microvascular architecture in tongue cancer is different from that in normal tissue.
