| 摘 要： | 目的：评价乐忧坦治疗抑郁症的临床疗效与安全性。方法：对60例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，分别给予乐忧坦或氟西汀治疗6周，采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)，汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)，临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评定疗效，用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果：58例患者完成治疗，乐忧坦组有效率为89．29％与氟西汀组比较差异无显著性；不良反应少而轻，安全性好。结论：乐忧坦是一种有效的抗抑郁药。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of neurostan in the treatment of depression. Method:60 patients with depression were randomly assigned into the treatment groups of neurostan or fluoxetine for 6 weeks.HAMD,HAMA,CGI were adopted to evaluate the therapeutic response. Results:89.29% of patients responded to neurotan.No significant difference was found between the two groups.The adverse effects of neurostan were less and mild. Conclusion:Neurostan is effective in treating depression. |
