| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对中孕期胎儿畸形的诊断价值.方法对中孕期经超声诊断的胎儿畸形59例进行分析.结果 59例胎儿畸形中产前诊断与产后完全符合55例,漏诊4处畸形.单发畸形43例,复合畸形14例,多器官畸形2例.其中中枢神经系统畸形最多见.结论超声可实时观察宫内胎儿各器官发育情况,在中孕期及时发现先天性畸形,对临床有重要的诊断价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of ultrasound diagnosing fetal malformation in 2nd trimester of normal pregnancy Methods A total of 59 fetal malformation cases were diagnosised with ultrasound in 2nd trimester of normal pregnancy Results Prenatal diagnosis of 55 fetal malformation cases was the same as the postpartum diagnosis Four cases were missed Forty-three cases were with single malformation and fourteen cases were complicated Two cases had more malformations in many organs The most common defects in all malformations were in central nervous system Conclusions All the fetal apparatuses in the womb can constantly be observed with ultrasound so that fetal malformation can be diagnosed earlier in 2nd normal pregnancy Ultrasound is invaluable for fetal malformation diagnosis |
