血清微量元素含量与乳腺癌风险的关系

目的研究乳腺癌患者血清中微量元素含量与乳腺癌风险的关系。方法应用三电极直流等离子体原子发射光电直读光谱仪（DCP AES）测定88例乳腺癌患者和50例正常对照者血清中Zn、Mn、Al、Cd、Fe、Mg、Ca、Pb、Cu、Ni、Co、Ti、Li和Cr含量，比较两组间血清微量元素含量的差别。结果与正常对照者相比，乳腺癌患者血清中Cd、Mg、Cu、Co、Li和Cr含量明显升高，Mn、Al、Ti和Fe含量则明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05），而Zn、Ca、Pb和Ni含量差异均无统计学意义（P均＞0.05）。结论血清微量元素含量可能影响乳腺癌风险, 测定血清中微量元素含量可能对乳腺癌有诊断价值。
