MSCT在胃肠道穿孔中的诊断价值

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在胃肠道穿孔上的诊断价值。方法:收集10例经手术和病理证实为胃肠道穿孔患者MSCT检查资料,回顾性分析其MSCT表现。结果:10例破裂穿孔中胃3例、十二指肠6例、小肠1例。MSCT表现:腹腔游离气体、积液、炎性渗出、蜂窝织炎、胃肠壁增厚,1例发现破口。结论:MSCT较普通或螺旋CT更易显示游离气体及穿孔部位情况,在胃肠道穿孔的诊断上有较大优势。

Value of Multi-slice spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Gastrointestinal Tract Perforation

Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of digestive tract perforation. Methods Clinical data and MSCT imaging of 10 patients with perforation of gastrointestinal tract proved by surgery and pathology were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results of all 10 perforations, 3 were in the stomach,6 in the duodenum, 1 in small intestine. The MSCT findings had pneumoperitoneum, peritoneal effusion, cellulites, gastrointestinal wall thickening, and the visualization of discontinuity of the CT in the diagnosis of digestive tract（ n = 1 ）. Conclusion MSCT can clearly indicated free air within abdominal cavity and the site of perforation,so it has more advantages in the diagnosis of digestive tract perforation than the spiral CT.
