| 摘 要： | 目的：了解仪陇县中小学生的健康状况。方法：2002年9～12月对全县中小学生测量身高、体重，检查裸眼视力和皮肤病。采用营养评价参考标准(身高标准体重)进行营养评价。结果：83848名学生营养不良、超重、肥胖、视力不良检出率分别为20．76％、3．55％、2．14％、16．55％；其中29297名学生的疥疮检出率为0．46％。营养不良、视力不良检出率，均为女生高于男生、县城(郊)学校学生高于乡镇学校学生。结论：仪陇县中小学生的健康状况不容乐观，营养不良、视力不良是学生常见病防治工作的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To master state of junior students and primary school students' health in Yilong county.Methods:Height,weight,eyesight and dermatosis of all students in Yilong county were examined.And their nutritional state were assessed according to the Reference Standardization of The Judgement of The Nutrition.Results:Among 83,848 students, 20.76% have malnutition, 3.55% have overweight,2.14% are obese, 16.55% students' eyesight are not normal.Among 29.297 students, 0.46% suffer from scabies,the rate of malnutrition and abnormal eyesight for girls is more than that of boys, in cities is more than in towns and villages.Conclusions:Children's state of health in Yilong county is not optimistic.To reduce the rate of malnutrition and abnormal eyesight is the most imoprtant work. |
