3例大动脉炎患者妊娠晚期剖官产术的护理

目的探讨大动脉炎患者妊娠晚期行剖宫产手术终止妊娠的术前和术后护理。方法回顾性分析3例大动脉炎患者妊娠晚期实施剖宫产手术的围手术期监护、心理护理、产科护理、活动指导、饮食护理和出院指导。结果所有患者均无先兆子痫、胎儿宫内窘迫、脑血管意外、心衰和血栓栓塞等危及患者及胎儿生命安全的并发症。结论大动脉炎患者妊娠晚期选择正确的分娩方式，加强围手术期监测和护理，能够有效的保证母婴健康，提高新生儿成活率。

Nursing of Cesarean Section for 3 cases patients with Takayasu's arteritis in late trimester of pregnancy

Objective To approach the preoperative and postoperative nursing for patients with Takayasu's arteritis in late trimester of pregnancy underwent Cesarean Section to terminate the pregnancy.Methods To retrospectively analysis the perioperative monitoring,mental nursing,obstetric care,physical activity directions,diet care and discharged guidance of 3 patients with Takayasu's arteritis in late trimester of pregnancy underwent Cesarean Section.Results All the patients did not have preeclampsia,fetal distress in uterus,cerebral accident,heart failure,thromboembolism and other complication indangering the lire safety of the patients and the fetuses.Conclusions Choosing the correct delivary mode in gravidas with Takayasu's arteritis in late trimester of pregnancy and enhancing the Perioperative monitoring and nursing could ensure the health of mothers and children effectively and increase the neonatal survival rate.
