| 摘 要： | 目的分析评价银川市2001--2009年政府投入抗结核防治经费和取得的社会效益。方法收集2001--2009年银川市利用中央专项经费、全球基金、地方配套资金支持结核病防治项目财务、项目业务年报表进行分析。结果9年来银川市共利用国内和国际资金127．08万元，治疗初治、复治涂阳肺结核病患者分别为3385例、526例和涂阴肺结核病患者l760例。共产生直接经济效益3031．7万元，间接经济效益41045．2万元，减少涂阳发病人数5267例。结论自2001年银川市利用中央、地方和外资结核病专项经费以来，结核病防治工作取得了很好的成绩，完全符合疾病预防控制与卫生经济学成本一效益原则。
