| 摘 要： | 目的建立清开灵胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，以乙腈-0．4％磷酸（11：89）为流动相，检测波长327nm，流速1．0ml／min，柱温室温。结果在0．04064μg～4．064μg范围内有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．37％（n=5），RSD：0．48％。结论本方法简便，准确，灵敏，可作为本品的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of Chlorogenic acid in QingKaiLing capsule. Methods HPLC method was selected to determine the content of Chlorogenic acid. Acetonitrilel and 0.4% Phosoporic Acid （11 ： 89） as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 327 nm, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and column temperature was at room temperature. Results The linear range was 0. 04064 ～4. 064μg and the rate of average recovery was 99.37% （n = 5）, RSD = 0.48%. Conclusion Determination of Chlorogenic acid in QingKaiLing capsule by HPLC is a simple, accurate and sensitive method which may be used for quality control standard of QingKaiLing capsule. |
