| 摘 要： | 目的调查科学岛社区成人高血压伴血糖血脂异常等相关危险因素情况。方法对合肥市科学岛社区年龄18周岁以上共2646人进行血压、血糖、血脂检测，以及向原发性高血压患者进行血压知识问卷调查。结果共有2646人参加体检，421人患有原发性高血压，患病率为15．91％。在421例原发性高血压患者中，对高血压的知晓率为265人，达62．95％；正在接受药物治疗的达400人，达95．01％，血压控制达标率为203人，达48．22％。高血压人群中，TC升高160人，达38％，LDL—C升高163人，达38．71％。空腹血糖升高91人，达21．62％。结论本社区高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制达标率高于全国平均水平，但控制达标率仍然较低，且伴有较高的血脂异常情况和空腹血糖升高发生率。
