重庆市农村计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术推广应用初探

目的:为农村计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术推广应用探索有效的推广模式与机制。方法:以重庆市铜梁县和忠县为示范县,根据基线调查和技术筛选,确定本地区的适宜技术推广项目;通过政府主导、政府引导和市场主导,实现县、乡、村计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术的推广应用。结果:采用三种模式在2个示范县分别推广应用适宜技术各10项,一年推广使用19037例。结论:围绕政府需要与群众需求,通过政府的免费服务平台,有序引导社会资源参与,推广适宜技术效果显著。

Probe into the Distribution of Family Planning and Reproductive Health Techniques on Rural Areas in Chongqing City

Objective:To explore the effective pattern of the distribution of family planning and reproductive health techniques.Methods:Baseline investigation and selecting techniques in two counties of Chongqing was developed,and three patterns of which were government dominantion,government pilot and market dominantion,for the distribution of family planning and reproductive techniques at county,countryside and village level.Results:10 techniques were distributed by three patterns in each county including 19,037 persons during one year.Conclusion:It is evidently that the techniques should be distributed by available patterns of government dominantion and pilot based on government needs and demands for people.
