氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定食品添加剂盐酸中砷

摘    要:目的建立测定食品添加剂盐酸中砷的氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法。方法样品直接取样加酸定容后,用AFS-920双道原子荧光光度计进行测定。结果在本法条件下绘制标准曲线0.00μg/L~20.00μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.06%,检出限0.042μg/L,样品回收率为97.90%~101.20%,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定结果与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银分光光度法测定结果差异无统计学意义。结论氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定食品添加剂盐酸中砷是一种准确、快速、简便的方法,适用于广泛推广。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for the determination of arsenic in hydrochloric acid of food additive with hydride generation AFS.Methods The samples were dilited by acid and reacted with KBH4 and determined with hydride generation AFS.Results liner range is 0.0 μg~20.0 μg/L,The detection limit was 0.042 μg/L,The recoveries of the method were 97.9 %~101.2 % and RSD 1.06 %.The results of Hydride generation AFS and DDC-Ag are not different.Clusion It was a better method in determination of arsenic in hydrochloric acid of food additives.
