急性胰腺炎患者血浆leptin．和血清hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-8检测的临床意义

目的：探讨了急性胰腺炎患者血浆leptin和血清hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-8水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析和免疫比浊法对30例急性胰腺炎患者进行了血浆leptin和血清hs．CRP、IL-6和IL．8检测，并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：急性胰腺炎患者血浆leptin和血清hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-8水平均非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01）且急性胰腺炎患者血浆leptin和血清hs-CRP、IL-6和IL．8水平呈正相关（r=0．6132、0．5786、0．6218，P〈0．01）。结论：检测急性胰腺炎患者血浆teptin与血清hs．CRP、IL-6和IL-8水平的变化对观察病情发展及预后判断均有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Plasma Leptin and Serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 Levels in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the clinical significance of Determination of changes of plasma leptin and serum hs-CRP,IL-6, IL-8 levels in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods Plasma leptin,serum IL-6.IL-8(with RIA) and serum hs-CRP(with immuno -turbidity method) levels were measured in 30 patients with acute pancreatitis and 35 controls.Results Plasma leptin and serum hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8 levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).Plasma leptin level was positive correlated with serum hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8(r =0.6132,0.5786,0.6218,P<0.01).Conclusion Detection of plasma leptin and serum hs-CRP,IL- 6,IL-8 levels is clinically useful to monitoring progress and prognosis in patients with acute pancreatitis.
