DM2合并肾病患者血浆leptin和血清NPY、Hcy检测的临床意义

目的：探讨2型糖尿病（DM2）合并肾病患者血浆leptin和血清神经肽Y（NPY）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析和酶联免疫法对36例DM2合并肾病（DM2-N）患者和30例DM2无肾病者进行了血浆leptin和血清NPY、Hcy检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：DM2各组血浆lep-tin和血清NPY、Hcy水平均非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0.01）,其中合并肾病组与无肾病组比较亦有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：检测DM2患者血浆leptin和血清NPY、Hcy水平的变化与临床价值密切相关。

Clinical Significance of Changes on Plasma Leptin, Serum NPY and Hcy Levels in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes on plasma leptin,serum NPY and Hcy levels in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with nephropathy.Methods Plasma leptin and serum NPY(with RIA),serum Hcy(with ELISA) levels were measured in 30 DM2 patients without nephropathy 36 patients with nephropathy and 35 normal healthy controls.Results Plasma leptin,serum NPY and Hcy levels in the group of patients with diabetes-nephropathy were significantly higher than those in both controls and DM2 patients without nephropathy(all P<0.01).Conclusion Detection the change of plasma leptin,serum NPY and Hcy levels are colsely related to the clinical values.
