| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了氟比洛芬酯对胃癌手术患者血清M-CSF和IL-8水平的影响。方法：60例胃癌手术患者随机分为使用氟比洛芬酯（A组）和不使用氟比洛芬酯（B组）,每组30例。在麻醉诱导前、拔管后分别测定患者血清M-CSF和IL-8浓度。结果：拔管后B组水平较A组明显升高（P〈0.05）。结论：氟比洛芬酯可降低胃癌患者血清M-CSF和IL-8水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of fiurbiprofen axetil on serum M-CSF and IL-8 levels in the patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients were randomized divided into 2 group with 30 cases each.The patients in group A were given flubiprofen axetil and those in group B were not as the controls.Serum M-CSF,IL-8(with RIA)levels were measured before anesthesia and after extubation.Results The levels of serum M-CSF,IL-8 were significantly higher in group B than those in group A(P<0.05) Conclusion Flubiprofen axetil could reduce serum M-CSF,IL-8 levels in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery. |
