| 摘 要： | 目的女性泌尿生殖道支原体的检测和药敏分析,为临床选择最佳抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法采用珠海浪峰生物技术公司生产的支原体培养,鉴定药敏试剂盒检测。结果 Uu和Mh共121例,其中Uu81.8%、Mh 12.4%、两者混合感染者7例(5.8%)。结论本地区女性支原体感染者以Uu感染为主,交沙霉素和强力霉素可作为支原体感染治疗的首选药物。

| Abstract: | Objective Female urogenital mycoplasma detection and sensitivity analysis to select the best antimicrobial agents for clinical provide a scientific basis Methods The use of bio-technology company in Zhuhai crest of mycoplasma culture,identification sensitivity kit.Results The results Uu and Mh 121 cases,of which Uu81.8 %,Mh 12.4 %,both of mixed infection in 7 cases(5.8 %).Conclusion Mycoplasma infection of women in the region to the main Uu infection,josamycin and doxycycline can be used as drug of choice for the treatment of mycoplasma infection. |
